Gimme Shelter is a 1970 documentary film chronicling the last weeks of The Rolling Stones' 1969 US tour, which culminated in the disastrous Altamont Free Concert, where a member of the audience (Meredith Hunter) was stabbed to death by a member of the Hells Angels who were providing security at the concert.

Never-seen-before 1978 show to be shown in cinemas worldwide
A never-seen-before concert film of the Rolling Stones' Some Girls tour in 1978 is to be shown in cinemas worldwide from October 4th 2011. Originally shot on 16mm at Fort Worth, Texas, the film has been remastered to high definition with a 5.1 audio track.

Documentary on Chris Farlow and 'Out of Time'

Rolling Stones song
The 1965 Rolling Stones song, "She Said Yeah", has featured in the Chanel advert for their new men's fragrance, Bleu De Chanel. The advert was directed by Martin Scorsese, who worked with the Stones on Shine a Light and is due to be working again with Mick Jagger in the near future, and stars French actor Gaspard Ulliel.

For one night only, the legendary film "Ladies and Gentlemen... The Rolling Stones" is being shown in cinemas across the globe. The screening will show the new HD re-mastered version of the film, along with an exclusive interview with Mick Jagger filmed this summer, rehearsal footage from the tour and Mick Jagger's 1972 interview on the Old Grey Whistle Test.

The screening will take place on September 16th 2010 at the local time of 7.30pm.
